<p>Position involves technical work in support of zoning and development review functions.&nbsp; Perform a wide variety of technical duties involved in accepting, processing and reviewing planning and redevelopment plans and applications.&nbsp;Issue business licenses, provide administrative assistance and support the Planning and Redevelopment departmental needs.&nbsp; Duties include reviewing subdivisions, zoning &amp; development requests and following up with applicant where necessary.&nbsp; Work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Planning &amp; Redevelopment.</p>
