<p>Highly responsible, administrative, supervisory and technical work, assisting in the day to day efficient delivery of emergency and non-emergency community-based service in a cost effective, innovative and proactive manner.&nbsp; Work is performed under the direction of the Fire Chief.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Fire Science or related field or a two-year degree with completion of upper level courses at the National Fire Academy.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Florida Firefighter certificate of Compliance as authorized by F.S.S. 633.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Florida certified Paramedic.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Pinellas County certification as a Paramedic.</p><p>Florida Fire Officer I certification (issued prior to 11/18/13); or Fire Officer II certification (issued after 11/18/13)</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Florida State Fire Inspector I.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Florida Fire Instructor I.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">ICS 100/200/300/400/700/800.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">16-hour Emergency Vehicle Driver Training (EVDT).</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 Clearance under the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
